What could I expect my chicks to look like...

So, while my babies are still just 4.5 weeks old and I'm impatiently waiting to post new photos of my suspected cockerel... now I'm coming to terms that Caramel may indeed be a boy (his crest is soooo pink). What would be any interesting/fun characteristics of a Golden Laced Wyandotte rooster crossed with a Barred Rock or Rhode Island Red hen? I would love to see any pictures of your babies with similar heritage.

A Gold Laced Wyandotte crossed with a Barred Rock hen would give you Black Sex Links. If those are your only rooster and hens, any black chicks with a spot on the head would be a male. Any black chick without a spot would be female. Any red chicks would be from the RIR hens but would not be sex links.
