1 out of 10 other chicks from same hatch has it too, but they have a different set up. It's all wire mesh

I would get them off of the wire mesh.

But do you have any idea what it could be? Maybe pressure sores?

Pressure sores form from pressure being continuously applyed to the area, if they move around they are not pressire sores. I would suspect the wire is to rough on their delicate feet. More like a person continuously. Walking barefoot on sandpaper all day as opposed to walking barefoot on carpet.

I would rub a little antibiotic ointment on their feet. The kind without pain reliver of course. And get them off of the wire.

Is there any direct sunlight into their brooder..... just wondering if they could be burns off the wire getting hot?

I'm not sure, I'll have to ask. Not my birds
