What could this be?

This bird is 8.5 weeks old. It has green legs and is all white except for a little black spot on its back. Do you think this is a rooster?

I'm not going to guess on breed, but I'd say with that big of a comb and wattle and that red already, you can pretty safely assume it's a dude.

It's a rooster. I'd consider a Jersey Giant as the breed...can you get a profile pic of the bird standing? And what do you know about where it came from?
