It looks like bruising to me, like the duckling might have nicked a vein when internally pipping so there was some bleeding. Hopefully it's fine in there.

I don't see movement. The duckling must be big as most of the egg is dark when candles except the air sack. Would you open it?

Maybe make a very small hole in the top to see what's going on, but not more than that. I wouldn't be surprised at all if you see that it had been bleeding. Hopefully the bleeding stopped and it didn't hit a major vein or anything like that.
