First off, they aren't turkeys, so I'm thankful for that!

But I don't know what they are.

From the pics, it appears the chicks seem confused and unsure of themselves, too. Silly cuties!

look like pullets to me. Green iridescence doesn't mean anything. All birds of all genders that have black or dark feathers have iridescence. Its just part of being a bird and having feathers.
