That looks very similar Robin's Brood. It didn't have black olives though. Maybe the chef tweaked it and that's why the next night it wasn't as good...I dunno. It's weird I looked at the link Imp gave and could not find it either!! Maybe they quit serving that particular dish?!? Now you all just help me name it...lol!! Chicken LooHoo is pretty funny

Yep. The tamales at my house are, 50 yr old recipie, it makes the most amazing pork tamales.
