G'morning gardeners :frow

I got the weeding done and found that the oleanders in the ground are going to bloom soon. Happy for that, I was a bit worried about one of the white ones. As you can see, the neighbors oleander is dripping with flowers. I trim it back off tge wall at the end of summer and it comes back every year. I let it hang over because it shades that wall from the sun in the afternoons and keeps our patio cooler.

We have an artichoke and there are 4 tomatoes on one plant so far. The onions are doing well and the rosemary smells amazing!

Break is over, I have coop chores to get done. Have a great day everyone. Happy Easter\Passover :bun:jumpy:bun

This has been a very productive day. I got seeds and seedlings in all the garden beds. All the tomato plants are in the ground, as well as spinach, romaine lettuce, spring bunching onions, zucchini and yellow crook neck squash. Also planted turnip seeds and the basil seedlings. I'm hoping the extra boards I salvaged will dry enough to build the garden bed for the leeks. I wanted to get that done today before it rains again. My peach tree has flower buds on it and the azalea bush is starting to bloom. I managed to get chick pictures. I took a lot of pictures, but won't share all of them right now. Happy gardening, and Happy Easter. :jumpy:bun

I weeded, saw that my peanuts are coming up, planted the last of the sugar cane, made a small new bed for some daylilies by the end of the driveway, and planted some strawberry plants in a new bed my 7yr old and I made this morning.

Are we allowed to do plant or seed swaps on here? I've got TONS of stuff for flower garden and veggie garden and trading is so much fun. I didnt want to start a post if it wasn't allowed though, I'm new and like it here

What Welcome great having new folks if you can post pictures trades are great
Happy Passover and Easter

Lol. Ya. They are cute.

The fence has 7 inch posts and is 1500 sq feet. Sometimes the cattle get out, so ya know...build for the bull raise sheep.

My strawberries just popped out too and I have one peanut peeking up!

Planting mint seeds today.
TOO DANG CUTE!!!!

Today was my morning to make sourdough waffles for the next 2 months. Got that done early. Planted in the garden (in earlier post). I almost finished the raised bed for my leeks. Need to add the last 2 end boards but my drill battery died. Hopefully I'll have a few minutes of no rain tomorrow to finish that off. The baby chicks are doing fine in the big coop so far. I've never had a problem with the bunnies and squirrels munching on the tomato plants, however, I did put some chicken wire over the lettuce sprouts. They didn't mess with it last year, but I want to be a little pro-active.

And forgive my manners, @AppleValley1. Happy to have another gardener join us.
