ANYone can compost! I promise you! We congratulate ourselves for it but it's Mother Nature who's doing all the hard and skilled work.

I also have horse manure that is very welll decomposed.... plus I will have fresh horse manure as well as goat....

Can I take that decomposed stuff and use it as a starter for my compost.... Like I said I have lots of room... almost twenty acres....

Sweet little girl poops in one spot.... Got really high for a while and now its flush with the corral... I didnt remove it because she also stood in it.... Kept her feet from cracking from the dryness.

Chickens liked to grub through it as well... Lots of Probiotics for both horses and chickens in fresh manure... which in this case is Bermuda...

The goat poo will be alfalfa and what ever stuff they can snatch and grab.... Little Busy bodies. which may contain my Phone wiring... NOT their forte...

Goats are like cows they are ruminants... Horses and Equids only run the food through once but they have a huge cecum that does a fermentation style digest. Not real efficient...

If it's well decomposed you can use now to mulch your beds. But if you don't want to use it directly you could certainly layer that in with vegetation and cardboard, dry leaves, etc.

As I said earlier, I've been working at improving my soil for a couple decades. The house next door to mine was once owned by a retired stunt woman who kept her horse in the backyard. They never gardened. They never composted. They just kept her favorite horse. When the property changed hands my new neighbors put in a veggie patch. I could not keep up with what they were producing from a patch about 8'x8'. All the years of horse manure created the most wonderful soil that just couldn't wait to grow something!

That stuff is gardening GOLD!

Hey was out all day got home like 1 hour ago turned 59 today all good still walk and fall on my own two feet I am great garden is giving lots of tomatoes, arugula, zucchini and crooknecks also potatoes
