Oh my! Who would do such a thing w/o an invite- young kids, druggies, hungry?!! Shockingly bold and rude. Great ideas on easy fixes and I hope that is the end of it all. I'm sorry for this situation.

Happy Aloha Friday all!!!
Yesterday, using DH's truck and after my day of last minute errands for DH and AJ I went to drop off the door handles for my truck and take a few photos. I was happy to see that he had painted into the gas cap area, a little under the hood and buffed off the over spray on the brand new gaskets around the newly reinstalled windows. He also finished painting the flares along with the bumpers(no photo). Helper says he should finish buffing/polishing and have "Fred" all put back together by Monday. That makes three more (long ) days if all goes well.

Not sure about playing in the garden today. I do need to weed-whack and I'd like to plant some more lettuce but may put that off till this weekend when I do the whole yard that needs attention, not just the garden.
Today I think I'd like to play with Hombre. Monday, he had a sore front left foot, I checked for stone bruise or heat but nothing, so I gave him a few days break and then we had the wild weather and he got a few more. He looked a little down yesterday possibly tired from the storm, he did not have a temperature. Anywho, probably a good day to spend with him. He should love the attention and I can give him the good looking over he deserves, see how he is moving.
I'm back to cruising on the scooter piled high with buckets of cubes and a big bag of hay. As an older woman I am sure I am a sight to see, nothing is sexy when your old lol... except maybe hiding in the bushes with bells on Christmas eve . Well, at least it is not raining anymore

Here in Virginia nothing can be done in the garden till at least March. But my daughter got me these for Christmas so definitely looking forward to the spring

Recently got a new house with a lot more land. 17.4 acres. So now I have enough room to have a separate medicinal herb garden. They're wonderful to dry them and add them to my soap or lotions That I make and want to try my hand at making tea this year. If it doesn't work out at least their beautiful

The second part of her present is to help me with the garden. I just haven't made her aware of that yet. I just need to research a lot of these. I always have an awesome herb garden going for cooking and such but trying to figure out how and where I'm putting everything
The previous owner unfortunately planted ornamental bushes and trees in a lot of places in the 3 to 4 acres of open area. They're kind of overgrown Now in poisonous to my goats so first order of business is clearing out what's left
