That's so great! Some of the people I know who have been vaccinated had a few symptoms like extreme fatigue and sore arms, but nothing very long-lasting. Take full advantage of the warm and gorgeous weather - if you feel too tired to do the work you planned don't feel guilty, just set up a lawn chair outside, enjoy the sounds of birds chirping and the scents of plants growing, and take a nice relaxing nap!I gotta come back and reread all this for inspiration later today! I go for my first vaccine (YAY!!) this morning, so hopefully I feel like working outside afterward. It supposed to be warm and gorgeous again today.![]()
I just qualified for the vaccine in my state this week, but can't find an appointment - and by next week they will be qualifying all adults, so the lines will be getting even longer. I know my HMO that I belong to has vaccines, but when I logged in, they said I needed to wait for a special code to be mailed to me via snail mail ! Not very helpful! I wish my state had waited for vaccine availability to become more widespread before opening it up to all adults - I'm healthy, but also in my 60's and have been working at my work site (able to distance and mask though) all year. Oh well, whatever, I don't mind following safety protocols for a while longer, my turn for the vaccine will come soon. I've definitely suffered way less than many people during this past year.
