I forgot to mention how germination testing is going:
The test of my older seeds (47 different packets) was started the evening of January 6. On the 12th, I noticed a couple had already sprouted. I checked them all today and got definitive rates on 20. The other 27 need more time.
I can't remember the rule... at/below what percentage should I throw them out?
I was extremely surprised to find some of the onion seeds have sprouted. They say onion seeds are usually only good for 1 year. These are from 2014! If you're anything like me and don't want to do the math: that's 8 years!

The kitchen is tiny & has a window over the sink so I'm very limited in what I can do but I'm so excited for an update.
It's been in bloom for a while now, but hopefully in a month or two we'll have more flowers yet.
