What did you do in the garden today?

From my daughter....

Good afternoon gardeners. It’s beautiful and sunny here, although a bit breezy. I’m super happy with all the updates this year. Things are growing much better in the shade garden, although I figured out another bucket wasn’t siphoning and the plant died. Oh well. I’m going to replace it with some white Sage tomorrow and make sure that dang bucket works. All of the tomatoes and the cucumber have recovered after transplant and are putting on lots of new growth. The lavender blooms are opening and the rosemary is putting on lots of growth as well. The lemon tree is loaded with blooms too! Goal for tomorrow is to get plants protected and fix the buckets, fill in the holes from the chickens for the most part and level the area where the plants are. Then I’m letting the crew back in to do weed control.

Tomatoes are Hungarian heart, Texas wild cherry, sweet 100 and San Marzano, two of each.
