What did you do in the garden today?

Wish I could grow an avocado tree. Around here you can't grow any tropical fruits though. But it's a really good location around here to grow apples, pears, plums and cherries. If you go just a little further south from me peaches. I have an apricot tree so we'll see how it does.

I am going to try to keep this one in a pot and move it into the house during the winter. I hope that will work.

Oh my goodness. It looks like it might be a little bit. I know I am dying to get my garden ready but the rain here is not cooperating.

I planted 16 one gallon creeping phlox, 3 one gallon day lilly, 3 azalea bushes, and one rose bush.

I grew the phlox from cuttings. I have produced hundreds and hundreds of plants from one. I have Hibiscus plants coming up in pots. I grew them from seeds.
