What did you do in the garden today?

A lot of talk about nightshade and inflammation... Interestingly, there's plenty of research out there that shows capsaicin in chili peppers to be beneficial in reducing inflammation. So much so, that chili powder is suggested as a natural remedy to assist in lowering blood pressure due to it's ability to reduce inflammation in blood vessels and arteries.
Just some information I thought is worth sharing. :)

Ditto. Peppers are what clear my sinuses!
Navage machine is the only thing anymore that clears mine.

Snow flurries this afternoon, thunderstorms in the morning, rain saturday, thunder sunday, snow and ice monday. Yep, it's Spring.

Going out to seed the pasture - currently feels like 29'F.

DW is trying to cancel my weekend plans. Not going to let her. A road trip Sunday to IN. Says too far to go alone. Well come along. I had someone to go along but his wife interfered. Now they are going to stay in Indy and stop by the event Sunday. I let DW cancel a fishing trip last May over the same issues. This has got to stop. If she gets mad I will buy more plants. She will still be mad but I will have new plants. No need to waste a good mad. :D
