I keep saying I can get the kale planted not getting it done.
I lost my old EE day before yesterday, she was dead on the boards.
They are my birds I take care of them good or bad.

What did you do in your garden today?

I picked a bunch of Rattlesnake green beans and Cherokee wax beans, a few tomatoes, three eggplants, some broccoli shoots, and jalapenos. Pretty happy with today's harvest!

We harvested some cucumbers, tomatoes, and jalapeños for our Japanese cucumber salad tonight that will go with salmon sashimi.
Our eggplant should be ready soon, so I can't wait to make eggplant parm!

We've had so much rain (live in Vermont), our garden is so saturated and some of our harvest has been stunted. Fingers crossed we can dry out soon.

Yes it is. I think I planted some ornamental squash/gourd.

Did you plant a cushaw?

I picked 8 qts of meat tomatoes, pureed them down to 6 quarts of juice and meat, simmered them down to 3qts - and that freeze dried down to a pint of tomato powder.
