Do all your tomatoes get soft when you ripen inside or just these blushing ones?

I hope you get some rain too, I'd be more than happy to share if I could, lol.

They all get soft, IMO. But I'm not a huge tomato fan so it might just be me being picky. I much prefer a vine ripened one.

Even though it is 92% humidity at 9 am this morning, it finally a wonderful 65'F! After all of these miserable hot days it's so welcome.

We always get hit with high temperatures and high humidity, so this is a nice reprieve.

I prefer them that way too, but I am picky about tomatoes. Can’t stand em soft or mushy.

Today is a total washout here @Sueby. I had really hoped to finally get working on the littles coop expansion but it’s not happening today. I went to HD and got the boards for this project yesterday. One of my okra plants has a pod on it. I’ll wait until tomorrow to pick it.

Yes it is. I think I planted some ornamental squash/gourd.

I got just over an inch yesterday. Most was in the morning before I went to the yearly eye appointment. Cataracts are stable and holding at 2, 4 is when they talk about removing.
T storm before lockup so I wasn't out there to keep Poults out of the trees. 3 hens and 1 poult were in the coops after sunset. I could only see a few in the trees and they were out of reach of my 20 ft pole. 13 poults and 5 hens made it through the night.
But the old blind chicken hen was out and soaked.... She looked miserable. Too flighty to handle. Her hatch mate looked egg bound last year and keeled over dead when I was trying to soak her, so I don't handle the spooky ones.
I decided it was time to put her down. Sad day.

I got one black Australorp this year. She's a sweet little thing. Gets jealous and comes to get pets if I'm petting any other chicken, but runs away if I try to approach her first.
