Set up the Greenstalk on Friday afternoon and 2 pockets have already sprouted! Not sure what I put there because I didn't mark them... Either carrots or greens/lettuce

Good morning gardeners. Yesterday was busy, busy. I watered the gardens, picked a couple of strawberries, another small basket of tomatoes and the last of the peaches. It was a small peach harvest this year because I knocked a lot of blossoms off when I was covering it for a late Spring freeze. I’m ok with what I got after nothing last year. I gave DD her first lesson in making and canning pickles yesterday as well. Today I’m smoking a brisket and putting up more dried oregano. I’m going to work on another herb today. I need something different to chase the oregano fumes away.
