As soon as you are well, please concider starting a gentle chair yoga exercise routine. Stretching is the only way to keep our older muscles working.I pulled a muscle a couple of days ago and all I was doing was bending over to put something in my daughter's dishwasher. I'm 62, will be 63 on the 14 of this month. My back is still sore and I'm having to be extra careful with it.
