Planted more trees. Picked sorrel for greens. Low of 25 by morning. It got to 80 Saturday. Spring is a wild ride.

Picked and cooked some Mustard greens (they were so good) and sowed carrot seeds. Also got my tomato plants in the ground this past week-end. There's a chance of frost Wed. night, so I'll have to cover them.
I suggest you put some plastic over your beds and let the sun (when it comes out) bake for a few days and dry out...I wish the weather would cooperate so I can be in my garden! PA weather has been all over the place! 75 degrees last Sunday and yesterday we had snow on the ground!
I have at least a hundred seedlings, started indoors, that are patiently waiting to be planted! Tomatoes, peppers, onions, eggplant, kale, marigolds, ginger, an assortment of herbs and tons of "cut" flowers!
Until then i'll be getting the garden soil ready to take all of my seedlings! Can't wait to plant!!!!!
I know what you mean... Way out here in California the temps fluctuate between 70 and 85... in a week. lolI wish the weather would cooperate so I can be in my garden! PA weather has been all over the place! 75 degrees last Sunday and yesterday we had snow on the ground!
