We had a cold spell here not as cold as there but still cold for Alabama. This morning we woke up to no heat and the house was freezing cold. The batteries died in the thermostat over night.
I had to re-charge them before we could get heat. So happy we have heat again and that it was an easy fix. lol

Yep. Everybody check your thermostat batteries! It's not at all uncommon for folks to call a service tech when the furnace dies, only to find that they paid a service charge only to find out that all they needed was a AA battery!

So my mom bought some FFA fruit, actually it's all oranges and grapefruit anyway among the citrus she got 4 pineapples, you know what that means, I'm going have to try and grow the tops!

Update on the green tomato VS vine ripened seeds.

It is day 7 and all the seeds from green #1 are sprouted, green #2, 4 out of 6, vine ripened 4 out of 6
