What did you do in the garden today?

I tried crx last year and I wound up selling them after dh and I each got one plucked. We never really wanted to have chickens for meat. We had made pets of ours. lol
Now we are down to 3 hens.

I am trying to get my husband to help me put two rabbit cages in the chicken coop suspended from the rafters hung close to a wall. Our coop is 12x16 so there is plenty of room.
My other rabbits are in better cages with more protection from the wind. These two have a thick vinyl cover for sides and top. But I still worry they will get to much of a draft with the temps going down so low this week with this winter storm coming thru.

Hopefully tomorrow I can,
Start to weed and get the beds ready in the polytunnel tomorrow.
I also hope to sow a few cabbages and parsnips seeds etc also tomorrow.
Just to get a few early vegetables.
I dont like the start of the growing season for 2 reasons,
1. Your thinking of all the lovely food you will get later on in the year and
2. Preparing the beds for the vegetables.

In my pollytunnel there is some small spiders.
When I say smal spiders there probably the size of your index finger nail ,
But I am terrified of spiders but I just live with it.
Just so I don't touch any spiders I wear some gloves

I will post pictures tomorrow when the work is done.
