I ordered some organic seeds from Berlin Seeds in Oh. They have great prices and will send you a free catalog. I got my seeds for a fraction of what I would have had to pay in the stores.

I have cabbage, broccoli, peppers, and tomatoes started in flats. I always start early. We can plant onions and potatoes outside any time now.

Love it, stir fry all the time - chooks love it too - just have to plant enough for me and them, they motor thru it...

We love stir fry also and my husband loves all greens I am wondering about the evergreen cabbage the book said it does not taste like cabbage and I was hoping to use it in salads or cooked with mixed greens.

@chickadoodles Not sure what evergreen cabbage is? (sorry), but if you shred it finely enough, add shredded carrots, red onions, rasins, chopped chives, mayo and top with chopped mint and toasted almonds should be good.
