What did you do in the garden today?

Good morning gardeners. I picked more peas this morning. And tis the season for lettuce. I will be getting an abundance of lettuce starting tomorrow. So I'll be eating a lot of salad for a little while. Need to pick up some grape tomatoes and cukes to add to the lettuce and peas. Garden salad, grilled Caesar salad and then I found a few years back you can make it into soup. Everything is doing well except for the French Breakfast radishes. Strange. My carrot sprouts are getting their secondary leaves and the pole beans are climbing. The rain showers /thunderstorms have finally cleared out and the weather folks are forecasting very warm and dry for the next several days. Wow, I may have to water the garden? We'll see. Have a great day everyone!

Wash the affected areas off and gently blot dry. Then try vinegar. Then go see a doctor or at least an urgent care.
I have cleaned it, and am taking benedryl. It is better today than yesterday. I debated going to the doctor, but we have a high deductible so it would be an out of pocket payment. If it hasn't gotten much better tomorrow, or if it gets worse today, I will make an appointment with my doctor. Urgent care would cost a fortune.

Most likely they would prescribe a steroid pack, and I hate those. They make me feel awful.

A before and after.
Yesterday we had a nice gentle rain for about 4hrs.
Which was a blessing for me. I was woke up in the night from throbbing head pain. My right eye was extremely painful to the touch. Even tho I wore gloves and a bandanna I was thinking about the Sevin and DE I had been using. Today I’m better.
Just feels like a Hot Snot sinus infection. :woot
I need to spray my girls which I dislike doing but they’ve got mites. I’m really not up to it. Perhaps I could get their coop done after they’re done laying.
If I didn’t feel like a horse kicked me in my head I’d be doing great.
Enjoy your day y’all :frow

I love Caladryl lotion. I apply it with cotton balls and keep applying until it’s layered pretty thick. As it dries it forms a crust that pulls the sting/burn out...very soothing.
It’s gotta be just awful for you. A nice cool bath with Epsom Salts could help too.
:hugs

I used baking soda mixed with water for poison ivy. Brief relief but worth it. Very messy though.

I've been slacking. Dh got back from visiting his mom and promptly threw off my schedule with random unannounced appts which required I drive. Too hot to do anything except early morning. Sprayed bug spray yesterday everywhere except my chest under my neck. Too close to my face to spray. Got a dog tick in that one spot. Closed my eyes today. Crossing my fingers.
My weird beans are producing, but they still look like they have a disease or deficiency, possibly too much of something, the leaves just aren't green. When they're done I'll dump that pot instead of rotating.
Found a hornworm on my tomatoes, nasty things. Have bt for those, neem for the whiteflies and broke down and got copper sulfate for the tomatoes - early blight. I wanted those to last all summer. I have a black eyed susan plant being decimated by it, never had a problem like that with ornamentals before. Just looks sad. Had to trim off an entire branch of peppers because of borers, I really dislike those.
I had pics to upload, but my internet decided otherwise.
