The recipes came from our own
@jlwquilter! The are posts numbers 46469 & 46470 in the "how many eggs did you get today?" thread.
But the basics are:
1 cup of pumpkins seeds ( cleaned and dry)
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cummin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
I mixed it all together and then spread it on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Put in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stirred every 15 minutes. Then increased temperature to 350 for 5 minutes. Cool and eat.
Second recipe
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups pumpkin seeds ( clean & dry)
1/2 tsp celery salt ( I used celery seed)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
I mixed it all together, spread it out on parchment lined cookie sheet. Baked 45 minutes at 250 degrees. Stirred every 15 minutes. Finished at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool & eat.
Third recipe

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cummin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mixed all together and spread on parchment lined cookie sheet. Baked 45 minutes in 250 degree oven. Stirred every 15 minutes. Finished at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool and eat!
