What did you do in the garden today?

Hi everybody! I had computer problems for a few days and couldn't get on to do anything and I don't have the BYC app on my phone. But I finally figured out the computer problem and am back in business!!
We are supposed to have a high of 69 degrees on Christmas!! That's pretty unheard of around here!
We had the grandson over again today. This time he helped me let the chickens out, collect some early eggs and then helped me make scrambled eggs for breakfast!
Later we took him to the store so he could get presents for his Mom and his Dad. I don't think either of them take him to get gifts for the other one and I think it is important for kids to learn to show appreciation for their parents at the holidays instead of just expecting it to all be for them.
We go over to their house tomorrow evening to celebrate Christmas with them and then Christmas morning we are supposed to be at my daughter's house at 7 AM. My hubby doesn't usually get up until 10 or 11 :lau. He asked if he could go as Scrooge!
I am like most of you, I have masks for when I clean the chicken coop, but I am not always good about wearing them. Thanks for the update about chicken pneumonia! I will definitely try to be more diligent about wearing my masks!

@Sueby I thought I had some pictures of the cookies we made, but all the pictures on my phone pretty much just show us working on them, instead of what they looked like when we were done. I took all the rest of the ones at my house and took them down to my son, his wife and the 3 grandkids so they would eat them instead of me! :lau
I am thinking about making some more because I have a lot of frosting leftover and that would be a great way to use it up! Plus I could take the cookies to my daughter's and some to my niece's house. My niece has 5 kids. I'm sure they would be willing to eat them (even if their mom wasn't real keen on that idea! :lau
Anyway, if I make and decorate more, I will take pictures to show you!

@Sueby I re-read your post! The top picture is of the Mosaic cookies.
The 2nd & 3rd pictures are of the fleece slipper/socks that I made using (I think your post) a post from the "show us your hobby contest! This pair is for my 8 year old grandson. He must have big feet because I can fit my size 9 feet in them!
The 4th picture is from today when I took the 6 year old by the local VFW to see a tank up close and personal. He loves tanks!
The last picture is a humorous sight my hubby and I saw when we were coming home from my son's house on Saturday.
