Thanks all, we really are pleased with the garden.

We used to live in Portland with an elaborate garden but just a normal 50' by 100' lot. I was still working and putting up with the terrible traffic and crowds and now we have 1/3 of an acre. We also have rabbits and chickens. Our plan was to supply ourselves with as much of our vegetables and protein as possible. We're both retired so now we get to spoil ourselves with all of our hobbies. And really, our timing to sell the old place and move here was perfect.
