What did you do in the garden today?

I know a few people that work in the main office. I never have a problem getting things replaced, and you can't beat the prices. But dang that survey never brings me anything ! LOL.
I did get an email order confirmation... I would think any organization had to fulfill an "order" or reimburse. I wouldn't be badly with a reimbursement, so they better get me my order.

Keep the drake around. I truly enjoy my drake. And he REALLY enjoys his ladies in the Spring.
I’m not sure whether it’s a drake or not, these are my first ever ducks. I’m pretty sure I’m only hearing two ducks but I’m not positive.

I do use it a lot but we are in lockdown so I cannot go to collect it. I put pine needles on the coop floor and when it mixxes well with manure I use it in my garden.
I think lockdown in Greece is a lot different than in the U.S. Here in the States, Lockdown means do whatever you want while wearing a mask, certain businesses are closed or limited in their operations, large group events are not aloud, and you cannot travel to certain states and countries and must get a COVID test or quarantine for a period of you do travel to certain places. Oh! And stay 6 feet apart.
No wonder there is still a pandemic...

I have heard you shouldnt raise turkeys with chickens or anywhere you've previously had chickens because turkeys are a lot more susceptible to some diseases that chickens could have or carry or basically have left in the ground.

I have heard that too but I know a lot of people that keep them together. I guess if they have enough room to roam they should be ok. I keep mine together but I have just put a pair of heritage bronze turkies about 6 mo with chickens and they have a fairly big run.

My personal opinion would be to plant somewhere else. Chicken manure has to sit for a minimum of about 6 months or it could burn your plants. And peas and beans don’t like a lot nitrogen if there’s to much you’ll get huge plants with no peas or beans.

my experience: fresh chicken manure mixed with dirt or any other stuff never burnt anything in my garden. but I do agree that peas and beans do not need that much nitrogen.

I can move around but with a sms from the police or with a writtnen form. but that is to buy food, medicine, etc. they wouldn't agree that going to collect pine needles is a necessity.

I live on the island 15 minutes by ferry boat from peiraeus but I am not allowed to go there. only people who work there.

they say there are sick people here but no one knows anyone being sick from covid. this is a small island and when something really happens we learn it whithin 15 minutes. this covid thing is about anything but health. I don't even want to discuss it any more. when people start starving because of destroyed economies I just hope they will not come to steel my chickens and vegetables.
