What concerns me is the storm comes up and so far hits us at TS status then turns East so it hovers a little bit. I also have flashbacks to Hugo when I was stationed in the Fayetteville area and that was tracking right for us then overnight it jumped over Charleston SC and us then slammed into Charlotte NC. We got very little rain, but lots of the wind. Serious wind. Peaches you say @Sueby? I make at least 2 batches of peach preserves and freeze unsweetened slices. I still have about 8 ounces of peaches in the freezer and a few more jars of preserves. I peel the fresh ones before I eat them usually because the fuzz makes me a bit itchy too.
)& said the electrical isle is insane! All the gas stations are out of gas now too. I can only imagine the grocery stores. Me, I want to go out to the bar for a good drink!
