Rabbit stew is good but my favorite is a hassenpfeffer recipe. One that marinates the rabbit (cut up) in a red wine and vinegar marinade. Red cabbage goes so well with it too. Ooo and with German spaetzle dumplings! You need to use a moist cooking method because rabbit has no fat at all so if you aren't careful it will dry out.Anyone with good rabbit recipes? @NewBoots - I think you mentioned rabbits once.
