I’ve got to be gone for about 24-36 hours. Would it be better for my small indoor pepper plants for the grow lights to be on or off for that long?

Plants need dark times. How big are they? Earlier in their growth they can tolerate it, but I wouldn't advise it.

If they've put out their 2nd leaves, I'd just shut them off.

I would just shut the lights off. They'll be ok once you return.

If you can, throw them near a window if anything.

Consider getting an outlet timer. They are pretty cheap.

Rain is coming about 11 they say. Wind is now not going to be as strong as predicted. I potted up my grape start. Since it is small I think that is best. Got one of my grafting wood orders. Still waiting on seed order. Maybe today. Heel pain is plantar fasciitis.

I just looked at the weather app on my phone and it’s saying 15 inches of snow on Saturday. Lol! I’m sure that’s wrong. Please tell me that’s wrong. Lol! I just managed a trail in the chicken yard and coerced them out with green beans. Yikes!

The dog and I were just sitting outside in the sun listening to the snow melt watching my crazy little OE run from one coop to the other - back & forth, back & forth. Must be getting ready for bathing suit season.

Taking a quick break from the loom for some yogurt and turned on the computer. On my youtube feed it popped up a video about a guy saying not to use producer's pride, which is what he normally buys as it is cheaper. All winter out of like 14 layers he's only had 4 or 5 eggs a day, BUT last week he switched to DuMor and tada...now almost all are laying everyday.
OMG do people NOT understand that they pretty much STOP laying all winter? Especially the ones over a year old?! It fricken has NOTHING to do with that feed.
I'm suddenly up to my eyeballs in eggs, and I was down to two and three eggs a day all winter, hens aged 1-8 years.
Unbelievable.
