Lay on bed with head tilted back off the edge of bed and count to 20, turn right on your side with head and chin tilted down and count to 20, sit up while keeping head and chin tilted down and count to 20. Then do the same thing for left side on the opposite side of bed. That's pretty amazing. I once woke up from sleep vomiting from how badly the room was spinning. It took years for it to gradually go away. There are exercises?
I was given 12 large tubs that cattle farmers use for feeding minerals/supplements. I'm trying to plan out how I'm going to use them.... I think I might put a couple of pineapple plants in a few of them. Not sure I have enough room in my south facing windows for all these giant tubs....![]()
I have fruited black raspberry from seed. I have red raspberry that should fruit this year from seed. Blackberry should fruit next year. From seed is a gamble as to fruit quality. However chances are better from named varieties. It took me years to learn how to grow the seed.Have you successfully done this before and brought to fruit production? My Doyle Thornless Blackberry dropped tons of seed that sprouted one year, but they didn't grow like the original, so I took them out. I just propagate by cuttings from that.
Well, I think I need a broadfork! I can see how it would be a great asset in my heavy soil garden. Don't really need it for the sandy soil. Thank you! It's for digging down deep and turning over the soil. You step on it, rock it from side to side to sink the tines down deep, then step back and crank that soil up. It breaks up soil really well.
I could not break up this impacted soil without it. What is shown in the video, IF ONLY my soil were that soft!! I do have to jump and crank on it. It's a workout. But I'm taking back pasture that has been impacted and overgrazed for years, and it wasn't great soil in its natural state either.Well, I think I need a broadfork! I agree! For often used tools that get worked hard, spend the bucks and get a quality piece.I invested in one that is solid steel from top to bottom. I didn't want to regret getting a cheaper one. This should last for generations no matter how many rock ledges I hit.
