What did you do in the garden today?

That said, I came across this on my feed this week...that's a hardy no from me.
WHO designs this carpeting?!

Today I was large pebbles to paint an label for the butterfly garden.
And add some topsoil I got on clearance (open bag) to the tomato rows to boost them. On the other hand, I'll toss that unknown soil into the chicken dirt bath holes to fill them in a bit, and get garden ready soil for the garden. Better safe....

I painted stones to look like strawberries to train the birds to give up. LOL
I hope it works!

I also hope to paint rocks for plant labels, but it remains to be seen if I'll get a Round Tuit.

We have lows in the 30s for the next few nights. Tonight could be 35; a LOT better than the 32 they forecast last week. I think everything will be ok... :fl

I'm digging up what will be the Bee Bed. It's full of grass. Right now, I'm just turning it shovel at a time. The area is too narrow to get the tiller into.

Dumb question... why is a shovel shaped more like a spade from a deck of cards, yet called a shovel!?! And a spade (digging tool) isn't?

I get them confused.
