water bath for a set time - and some citric acid added. Easy peasy.I canned all 15 1/2lbs of cucumbers!
Question re tomatoes - do you have to use a canner w a thermometer? Or can you put in boiling water canner for certain time? Tomatoes and anything that doesnāt have vinegar scared me - donāt want to kill us!
Also, almost threw away bottom to old tray and discovered chicks love it!! Not spoiled at all
