Made 4 pints of spicy garlic dill pickles this afternoon. I also had 2 rather large pickling cukes so I decided to try an experiment... I made up the same spicy garlic mix, put the pickling cukes in a mylar bag with the spices, pickling mix, etc... And sealed it. Put it in the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of months... My hope is that it will turn out like the big pickles you get out of the jar at rest stops, gas stations, old time stores, etc...
