Do you know about the vertigo exercise that put those particles back in place? I had a severe case of vertigo after a severe electric shock accident at work. The doctor put pins in three of my fingers, so I can't bend them anymore. I retired after the accident and was suffering from vertigo. I tried a vertigo exercise that I found online, and it went away.

Can you share the exercises?
I know someone who has it real bad right now. He actually fell and they had to do CT scan make sure no brain bleeds

Vertigo has hit me hard.
I will try Rao's tomato seen it at Costco so will try it.

I seem to have developed vertigo or something like it. Probably from covid. It comes and goes. My issue gets better with electrolytes, so it might be something different.

You’re probably correct. All the tweaking in the world won’t be able to correct the damage done when those non-merit based hires that sought and found that ‘forever’ federal job are still in the system. A lack of responsibility, accountability, motivation, and care will ultimately crash any system.

I went a couple years ago to mail a package priority. She told me it would take 4 days to go from Nebraska rural, to Ohio big city. I asked her when they stopped the 2-3 day promise on priority mail. She said they never had that on priority mail. I told her THAT was the whole selling point of picking priority mail when it came out. She again refuted it. I pulled up an old TV commercial on YouTube. She still say it never existed. Idiot.
If I mail a letter from my house to my next door neighbor on a weekday- it will take 4 to 5 days to get to them. I remember the days of morning and afternoon mail drops in the village.

Same novel just different chapters here. My neighbor is an ex postal employee who get irritated when I bad mouth the USPS, but she’s also had the reality of the dismal service pushed in her face by getting some of my misdelivered mail. I can’t help but wonder whether her exasperation with me is borne from years, 17 I believe, of constantly being confronted by unhappy customers dealing with horrible USPS service while she was employed there. I get this slight sense of guilt and frustration from her when she attempts to defend the indefensible.

I started mailing tax returns, yes I still do paper, via priority now…..just to be sure. Well, maybe not SURE, but at least I can track.

Post Office of 40-50 years ago was considerably different than that of say 20 years ago. But you’re right, best to move on some other subject…..like, oh, I don’t know, chickens and maybe gardening.

When you say vertigo do you mean high speed uncontrollable spinning and loss of balance? I felt like if I could control the spin, and make it go faster, I would have centrifugal superpowers.
