cook those beans for 8-10 minutes, then put them back in the pickle juice and they'll be fine. Love dill beans!Picked two each zucchini and cucumbers. And about 3/4 pounds of green beans. I packed most of the beans into a jar of leftover dill pickle juice, and sliced the cukes and put them in another jar of juice. Not sure how they'll turn out going into the jars fresh and not being processed.
