What did you do in the garden today?

Do i need to send you some seeds? 🤨

Speaking of seeds, if anyone else would like some yellow cayenne seeds just send me a pm and I can send you some
I haven't gotten my SASE mailed out to you yet. It's in the vehicle but not made it to the post office. Life keeps getting in the way. Soon though hopefully.

I’m thinking lettuce and spinach could work pretty well in a dorm. My bunching onions have done well in shade so maybe those too
I have successfully grown lettuce in a disposable cake pan so +1 it should be fine in a dorm, at least from a space perspective. Spinach too.
I have marigolds, pansies, bachelor buttons, carnations, babies breath, forget me nots, zinnias, larkspur, lavender, sweet alyssums, petunias, milkweed, vincas, and a few more I can’t remember
Not sure about some of those but lavender and milkweed will germinate better if they’ve been cold stratified, so if you can shove them in the fridge for a few weeks before you plant them that should help.
CATNIP!!! I WANNA DRUG SOME CATS
You can also use it for tea!

That’s okay I get it! I have around 30 seeds set aside for you but I am probably going to add a few more

Lavender from seed? That's asking a bit much from a self-admitted brown thumb. Let's not set @Squawkers up for failure before s/he begins.

Catnip tea is really good for upset stomach.

Yeah I stratified both of them when I did it. I had good germination rates but they just didn’t last long. But it didn’t help that the stupid cat ate my milkweed 🙄 glad she didn’t get sick though.

Ooh cool!!

I can sprout it but not keep it alive😢 I didn’t know that! Maybe it’s catnip I want!
