Unfortunately it was too dark to take photos this time around.

... I'm supposed to get more storms this week, so I'll see what I can do about it during day light.

He is just too precious! I can't believe anything alive could be scared of that little ball of cuteness! When all this wedding madness is over I will look for that photo of Elliot. He reminds me of him so much.

The tiling looks amazing. How do you get the circles and leaf shapes so perfect?

They are perfectly imperfect, lol ♡ Diamond blades on a tile saw are fairly harmless so you can get in there without getting hurt. If I had more time and patience, and it was not a kitty condo, I may have spent more time making it a little better.

Haha, I couldn’t get a great picture this morning—but I had coffee time invaders too! I also had breakfast and they all tried to eat it! Three giant chickens in my lap inches from my plate Such nosy mooches At least they’re adorable right?

@PopoMyers how'd it go with your refrigerators ice maker repair? We also have a Samsung with the ice & water dispenser on the outside. The first time it went south we were under warranty. It went south again about 18 months after repair. I could unplug and defrost and try again and again but we have just been living without ice instead. Did not use a lot prior. DH leaves the fridge open for extended periods and also leaves ajar at least 1x per month. So... there is that, and well... looking forward to having to buy a new fridge eventually, but again, how'd your fix go?

Happy Aloha Friday!!
I'm waiting for the new day to brighten up a little. Tally is asleep on my chest, coffee cooling in cup. Run is and has been open so my flock can just wander when light enough.

Going to do some coop and run maintenance b4 I start any other projects today. My beloved happy place has been low on my priority list for far too long. I have had a lot of ferals move in, one yelling the egg song for a few hours last eve. Going to need to trap and rehome to the pasture. A few are cute blondes and look an awful lot like Spider lol. I'll snap a photo and share bumbai.

Yes!! The mornings feel amazing! I've been getting up around 6:45 and taking my coffee out to my chair and enjoying the cool morning air I'm SO excited that the two-week forecast is just creeping down every day, cooler and cooler. All the chickens are in full hard molt too so there are feathers EVERYWHERE. I am definitely ready to celebrate fall!
