What did you do with your flock today?

Yup.

Thanks! She is a stunning girl esp when she trots. That long hair just flows. Shes 7 already. Since she's killed a couple things before like Squittles, moles, mice and more recently a free range chicken, I decided to start training her to be more tolerant of our chickens. So, here she is, in a down and "leave it" ( her commands are in German). Its funny because everytime she looks at the chicken, I tell her to "Leave it!".
The temptation is very difficult for her but, shes doing it without treats today! Yay! I'm so proud of her obedience today.
Do I trust her...Hell NO!! Lol

Today I finally got around to making two more hen saddles. They aren’t pretty, but I’m hoping they’ll work.
Nugget has been running around since I put it on, and Puff Puff has just been very confused.

Papa Smurf is jealous she’s no longer the only one wearing a saddle. XD

I’m going to try to get better pictures once they’ve (hopefully) gotten used to it more.

Nugget and Puff Puff have managed to take the saddles off twice, and ruin the seams on the straps. So much for getting used to them.
On the bright side, Papa Smurf might be able to fit in to them, and if she can, she gets two new ones. XD

My Russain Orloff demanded attention, so I took her out of the brooder and this all she wanted- to fall sleep on my knee all sprawled out. Love this girl!
