Yeah, I have loved the Oregon Coast area my whole life and know I would find a lot of joy and peace there. My husband's job requires that I live in this hot ugly valley in CA, so he promised I can live where I want when we retire.

Just have to be close enough to an airport so he can fly down to see his Cal Bears play football in Fall.
Probably just pygmy goats! We won't likely be able to afford a huge property, so I want to make sure we can afford the goats and mini cows that we have space to accommodate. I will probably still focus most of my energy on chickens...I would love to get involved in true Ameraucana breeding, they have definitely risen to the top as my most favorite breed. Love their fluffy faces and friendly and active personalities. I think they'd do well in the cooler and wetter climate and would enjoy little goat friends haha. Also want to have a rooster rescue, so might need a bachelor pad coop too!
