So awesome hanging with the gang today ♡ they are some terrific chickens.
I also sewed 4 bags, wound 16 bobbins, sold 5 dozen eggs, 2 loads of laundry (hang dry), raked leaves, cleaned bathroom, cleaned floors (even with cats in the house lol) but did not check the mail.
Probably the prednisone love that stuff. Most all pain is gone and I have an ear canal again! Gunna hit the sack early though.

I'm trying really hard to rest and not do anything with my right arm. Doesn't come naturally though. The fact I just can't get on with anything is driving me slowly nuts (DH says I'm already mental so he can't tell the difference - cheeky sod!)
How are things with you?

My youngest wanted to be an ornithologist for most of her childhood! She decided the same...too worried that she wouldn't be good enough to make it well in that field. Miss those days when she seemed to live for birds though.

Hope that ear heals fast now! Ear aches are no joke.

Sorry your shoulders being rough on you! Your cooking sounds yummy! Good to see you and hope your healing ok?

My mom used to ask for toilet paper for presents. She says she has everything she needs but she can always use more toilet paper!

I adore Canadian geese! They were all over in Spokane. Wish they were legal to keep in America.

Gotta tell your birds that that kind of heart pumping isn't good for you! Have you thought about clipping their wings to ground them?

I'm with your mom on the toilet paper, I start to panic if we have less than 3 rolls in the house and have to go buy more. Think it's a hangover from my dad's bulk buying and our lack of local shops when we were kids!

Why is it illegal to keep Canada geese over there? I've heard that before but never known why?

That's awesome news that your ear is healing nicely ❤ I absolutely feel your pain, I'm so prone to ear infections that I had to give up swimming regularly as I can't use ear plugs. Don't overdo it though, will you?

Oh I can only imagine!! I’ve had major surgery on my knee and some really bad sprained ankles that kept me laid up—but man, being without my right arm would just suck!! I would be sooo whiny

I’m doing alright! Enjoying my new bunch of chicks for my show chickens. Hatched them for the Easter HAL—so fun to have fluffy butts for Easter! Next round of eggs starts Friday for selling at the Expo!

These babies make all the crap worth it
