I think the closest Panera is in Gainesville, almost an hour away. I like bagels and Panera's ok but I don't really enjoy Gainesville.

We used to get our bagels at a family run deli and they made them up fresh from scratch every day. The place smelled like heaven. It was always a special treat to have breakfast there. Kind of hard to live up to that

My son is the same way. He appreciates his local.

Florida is not known for it's bagels. You can get decent ones in south Florida because of the New York Jersey transplants but not up this way.
And linders is good for a toasted crunchy soft thing but it really isn't a bagel.

Today was an apple with peanut butter and a slice of pumpkin bread.

Do you all eat breakfast on Thanksgiving Day morning or just wait for the big dinner? We'll probably skip it tomorrow, we usually eat our dinner around 1pm (and then snack the rest of the day, lol).
