What diseases can be transmitted to chicks BEFORE they hatch?

What diseases can be transmitted to chicks before they hatch?
You pick up hatching eggs and incubate them in a clean and secure environment. Then when they hatch you move them to a clean and secure brooder (indoors, away from other birds). Is it possible that the chicks could have a disease?

I tried to search online, but the results were if humans ate eggs from sick birds.

MG, & Lymphoid Leukosis are a couple. I think there's another, but I can't think of it at the moment.

Certain diseases can be spread vertically in the egg. Mycoplasma gallisepticum and synovitis are two. I think that lymphoid leukosis may be and the avian encephalomyelitis (epidemic tremor) may be as well.
