Im thinking about smashing the egg in my backyard on the ground. Will that do it? The 2 eggs are already cracked from damage of the mom but no membrane is broken so that's why they are both still alive. So do I just throw the eggs into a fire?Just looked it up and they are protected under the federal migratory bird act. Since you don't have the correct permits (and training to get said permits) it is a felony to have those eggs.
