What do droopy tail feathers mean in an otherwise healthy chicken?

Sorry for the crummy pictures. My hens were being flighty and wouldn't hold still for a picture. Of my two golden comets one has tail feathers that droop. They both act very healthy and happy. I previously had a set of Rhode Island Reds (referred to as the "twins") and one of them had a droopy tail as well. I've searched all over the forums, but not found a satisfactory answer to my question: Does a droopy tail in an otherwise healthy hen mean anything? Just as background, these hens were born this spring (late March) and should start laying sometime this month. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I don't thing that it's anything. It's either a gene or just her personality.
