I have one egg that is 2 days older than the rest.
What do i do if the egg starts hatching when the rest arent in lockdown yet?
Do i increase the humidity or just let it stay?

I am doing pretty much the same with mine, going to keep an eye on the older eggs (2 days difference) and split lockdown time if no pips, so planned lockdown on day 19-1/2 if possible....Good luck!

2 days won't make that big of a difference. I would lock down everyone at the same time. If one pips before you lock down you risk shrink wrapping when you do lock down. I had the problem with quail pipping before lock down and lost a few. Good Luck with your hatch.

I agree with the other posts. I do staggered hatches. I have had eggs in the incubator that were a couple of days different. What I have done is I go into lockdown on day 19 instead of 18. That way it it really doesn't matter and my hatches were fine. The 1st set of eggs got one extra day of turning and the 2nd set of eggs one less day, but all turned out ok.
