what do I do with all these eggs?

I am currently a illegal chicken owner, ( that might change pretty soon though), so I can't sell my eggs for fear that somebody will tell on me (again). My seven hens are all in their peak of production so have have eggs coming out of my ears! I need some recipies that use A LOT of eggs. I would prefere they be healthy but as far as I can tell recipies that use a lot of eggs and are healthy are pretty much non existante. If you know of any ways to use up eggs other than cooking I'm all ears!

I love pickled eggs, & they stay good for a long time.

Angel Food cakes use like 12 eggs at a time.

You could also give them away to co-workers or donate them to a food bank. You can deduct 5.00 a dozen on your taxes from what I understand. That is for organic eggs.

I've never had pickled eggs, do you have a favorite recipe you could share?

feed the chicken the eggs back to them, feed your eggs to your animals , cat, dogs bring to a food bank or nursing home. wash your hair with them

I just cook them in the broth I'm using instead of the water. This is an every week (Saturday or Sunday meal) and I have to buy my meal online since there is not a jewish population out here for the stores to carry it.
