What do I do

Hey everyone I had a quick question for anyone that knows why to do in this situation. I’ve had this rooster for quite some while whos wing feathers don’t grow completely and you can see the base of the feathers. Idk if it’s a condition or anything but if anyone knows what I can do can you please let me know down below. Thank you

I’ve had him alone for sometime because that’s what I had in mind but it doesn’t seem to be getting better

The feathers won't grow back in until next molt. I'm not sure if you should blue cote him but I don't think it will hurt.
