Not sure about her vent, but her feathers look rough, which is why I asked about lice/mites.

What do you mean her hips aren't correct?

Please...post photos of the whole bird and how she stands.

You thought she would die from natural causes, so you thought her death was imminent or she's just lingered on?

How old is she?
What do you feed?
What if any, treatments or supportive care have you offered her?
Does she lay eggs?
What's her behavior like right now - is she lethargic, unable to eat/drink/walk/unresponsive?
What's the crop like?
What's her poop like?
Any lice/mites?

First reaction is her vent needs to be washed, then you access from there. See if she just needs washing or if she has vent gleet. Is there a bad yeasty odor?
