What do i feed my ducklings through life?

After you sort the food realize that peas are the crack cocaine to ducks. Want them the go somewhere? Peas... Need them to do something?...Peas. Beyond the mealy worms there is a duck heaven and it it’s lined with peas!

My ducks eat dog food. Now don't come after me please. My mom raised the duck in the house and she was a house duck. She only moved out because she kept laying eggs all over the place. She became part of the dogs pack and refused to eat her bird food. I would think the dog food has more protein in it so it shouldn't be bad. They also free range for about 5ish hours everyday. They get left overs and fresh greens too.

Thanks so I appreciate it so much. How much Niacin do you give them extra? A Saxony or two will hopefully be apart of my flock.

I aim for 1 tablespoon per 2 cups of feed to start. That's half the recommended amount; since the feed already has the recommend amount I don't see a need to add the full amount. If the duckling hasn't improved in a week, I'll increase the amount..
